In twenty-first Century,China's volunteer service has entered a period of rapid development,and the number of volunteers in Changzhou has also increased rapidly.The government and voluntary service organizations all want to protect and make good use of this resource,for continuously arouse volunteers' consciousness and enthusiasm to participate in voluntary service,enhance volunteers' sense of identity and sense of belonging to volunteer organizations,improve the satisfaction and happiness of the volunteers,promote the development and expansion of voluntary service organizations,and promoting the sustained and healthy development of voluntary service.This paper mainly adopts the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey,statistical analysis and interview to study the relationship between volunteer participation motivation,organizational commitment and life satisfaction.The full text has five parts:the first part is the introduction,including the background,significance,literature review,research contents,research methods,research framework and innovation.The second part is the related concept and theoretical basis.The third part is the survey and analysis of volunteers' participation motivation,organizational commitment and life satisfaction in Changzhou,including research hypothesis,survey design,survey implementation and result analysis.The fourth part is the analysis of the influencing factors of volunteer participation motivation,organizational commitment and life satisfaction in Changzhou,including the analysis of the relationship between the three,the analysis of the influence degree,and the conclusion of the investigation.The fifth part is the research inspiration,which mainly includes the management suggestion,the lack of research and the prospect.The main conclusions of this thesis are:volunteers to participate in the overall motivation and dimensions and organizational commitment were positively correlated;the overall motivation and volunteers to participate in various dimensions and the dimensions of life satisfaction and positive correlation;the overall organizational commitment and volunteers and the dimensions of life satisfaction and dimensions were positively correlated;the overall life satisfaction of volunteers and all the dimensions of organization commitment was positively correlated;volunteer participation motivation,organizational commitment influence the dimensions of life satisfaction degree is different;the dimensions of volunteer participation motivation,life satisfaction on organizational commitment influences.
