Research On Social Governance Of Ecological Migration Areas Of Hongsipu In Ningxia

Ningxia Hongsipu is the largest ecological migration development area in our country.Over the past ten years,the local development and construction have made remarkable achievements in various undertakings,and the dream of getting rid of poverty and becoming rich of immigrants from the southern mountainous areas is becoming a reality.However,because almost all of the local people are emigrants,there are many complicated social contradictions and problems in several aspects of ideological understanding,religious customs,living habits and so on.At present,Hongsipu is in a period of great economic leap and social development.Only by combining economic development and social governance can the sustainable development of the local economy and society be guaranteed.On the basis of consulting and analyzing a large number of domestic and foreign research materials related to this thesis,the writer applies the ecological thought of Marx and Engels,Xi Jinping's thought of accurate poverty alleviation,the theory of population migration and governance in the thesis.Considering the reality of the social governance of the ecological immigrants in Hongsipu,the writer analyzes the main problems and reasons behind,with the relevant practices oftypical ecological migration projects at home and abroad,followed by some corresponding solutions.Specifically,there are some problems in the social governance of the ecological migration areas in Hongsipu,such as the transformation of governance concept,the adjustment of social structure,the supply of public services and the regulation of governance behavior.The cause of these problems are weak awareness of social governance,lagging reform of social structure,low level of social organization and limited level of social legalization.In view of these problems and reasons,we should take effective measures,for instance strengthen the education of cadres,change the functions of the government and the psychology of immigrants,adjust the employment structure,urban and rural structure,social statum,improve the allocation and system of public services and the systems,regulations and mechanisms of social governance.The social governance of ecological migration is a complex systematic project,which has an important impact on the development of the resettled areas.Hongsipu ecological migration area should strengthen and innovate the social governance to a more prominent position,do a good job of social governance,promote the sustained and healthy economic and social development,and ensure that the country will step into an all-round well-off society at the same time.
