With the increasing development of information technology,smart phones and mobile internet have become a part of people's daily life.wechat APP not only satisfies the demands of instant communication and contact,but also has convenient sharing functions.So it is very popular among netizens.The behavior of sharing information of wechat personal account users has caused the works to be forwarded by "mass" and has brought a huge impact to the copyright field.Social networks are updated,but they always meet people's information sharing needs.Wechat is no exception.The behavior of forwarding works of wechat personal account users can be divided into point-to-point forwarding behaviors and point-to-multipoint forwarding behaviors.The key to identify whether to infringe against copyright when wechat personal account users forward works is to examine the sharing behavior comprehensively.This paper starts with the discussion of the standard of public,points out that the audience of the wechat personal account users' works sharing behavior is a specific group,a limited sharing scope.And it is a non-profit sharing behavior.Therefore,generally does not constitute publication.Moreover,referring to the perspective of judicial practice,it is concluded that the wechat personal account users' works forwading behavior usually does not belong to the public dissemination and is not controlled by the the right to network dissemination of information.In addition,for the related copyright disputes,the licensing issue of the wechat personal account users' work sharing behavior can be explained with the theory of implied license.Finally,according to the characteristics of wechat,this paper puts forward the feasible countermeasures of four aspects,including legislation,law enforcement,justice and internet service providers.
