Design And Implementation Of Legal Text Retrieval And Classification System

With the development of computer technology,the relevant policies of the construction of legal informatization have been put forward constantly.The proposal and promotion of the strategic goal of the intelligent court is enough to show the state's importance to the construction of legal informatization.At present,many enterprises are responding to this call,and a series of legal office automation products have been developed around the process of making the judgment documents.But in the process of making the judgment documents there are still low efficiency of production,non-standard language,word error,and many other problems.Considering these problems,it is necessary to provide standardized and diversified expression templates for court staff in the process of making the judgment documents.To generate standard expression templates,we first need to retrieve and analyze a large number of case texts,and then classify them according to different situations and plots.In this paper,with the help of full-text retrieval and text classification,the legal text retrieval and classification system is designed and implemented according to the requirements of legal personnel.The system provides standard expression templates for court officials,which can effectively save their office hours and give them more energy to think about more professional issues.The main work completed in this paper is as follows:(1)This paper investigates the role and significance of expression templates in the process of making the judgment documents.Through the data access,we have learned the development status of full-text retrieval and text classification technology at home and abroad.In view of the above research,the requirements and business processes of the system are analyzed.(2)On the basis of demand analysis,the system was designed,and the relationship between database entity and entity and the specific function of system implementation were determined.(3)Legal text retrieval and classification system has been realized.Byunderstanding the technology of full-text retrieval,text classification and so on,the system implements user management,index library management,node tree management,word store management,expression management and other functional modules.(4)After completing the system deployment,we completed the system function test by designing some test cases,and verified the feasibility and practicality of legal text retrieval and classification system.The system has realized the generation of the expression templates through full-text retrieval and text classification.The standardized and diversified expression templates provided by the system can not only improve the work efficiency of the court staff,but also make the statements in the judgment documents more standard and standardized.
