The Study Of Xi Jinping’ Youth Work Ideology

As the most powerful group on the road to China’s great cause,the modern youth in China are also reserves and successors for the realization of "China Dream".Whether the young generation can develop well has a significant effect on the future of the country and the fate of the nation.The Party Central Committee under the leadership of Xi Jinping has been attaching great importance to youth development and places the youth and youth work in a pivotal position in the party and the country’s undertakings,which has formed an original and scientific system of the youth ideology.And this paper studies Xi Jinping’s youth ideologies from the following three aspects.The first part introduces the social and historical conditions in the form of Xi Jinping’s thought for youth work.Generally speaking,social and historical conditions include theory,history,time,reality and other factors.Firstly,settle the youth ideologies of Classic Marxist writer and the main leaders of Communist Party of China,and then illustrate the time background and practical requirements for the formation of Xi Jinping’s youth ideology.The second part tells the main contents and characters of Xi Jinping’s youth ideologies.The main contents are elaborated from in terms of youth status,youth characteristics,youth education thoughts,youth cadres’ thoughts,and the party’s core leadership in the work of the Communist Youth League.And next introduce the main characteristics of its outstanding times,practice,and reform.The third part discusses the time values of Xi Jinping’s youth ideologies.This paper elaborates the values of Xi Jinping’s youth work ideology from two aspects,the value of theory and practice,which enriches and develops Marxist youth work ideology,provides guidance for young people in scientific practice and a realistic path for maintaining and strengthening the party’s youth mass foundation,and indicates the youth’s important role in building a human destiny community.
