Study On The Socialism With Chinese Characteristtics Grassroots Consultative Democracy

Since the 18 th National Congress,deliberative democracy has occupied a very important position in our political life.With the continuous development of the economy and society,the accelerating process of urbanization,social contradictions have become more complex than before,and it is particularly necessary for grass-roots deliberative democracy construction.Strengthening the building of socialist grass-roots consultative democracy will help optimize the structure of the main body of consultations,increase the people's awareness of democracy,enrich the practice of deliberative democracy,and practice the "new type of political party system".This article systematically reviews the basic issues of China's grass-roots deliberative democracy construction and reviews the content,characteristics,and practical basis of grass-roots consultation democracy.Through research,it has beenfound that there are problems with the negotiated democracy at the grassroots level in China,such as the problem of negotiated subjects,low consultation effectiveness,and unsatisfactory negotiation techniques.The main reasons are the weak awareness of grass-roots consultative democracy,the lack of sound legal mechanisms for grass-roots consultations,and the need for innovation at the grassroots level.Combining with actual cases,innovative thinking on strengthening the countermeasures of grass-roots deliberative democracy requires that we first improve the level of legalization and institutionalization,secondly,accelerate the cultivation and development of deliberative democrats,and finally,innovate consultation methods for grass-roots deliberative democracy.With the constant development and improvement of the building of consultative democracy with basic characteristics under socialism with Chinese characteristics,in the face of new contradictions that are constantly emerging under the new situation,we need to constantly improve the theory of deliberative democracy at the grass-roots level and explore ways for the construction of deliberative democracy at the grassroots level.To safeguard the public interests of the broad masses of the people and to add new vitality to our democratic political construction.
