"Tang Law" as the foundation of the Chinese law system,the whole article more than 150 provisions for the duties of the crime,duty crime content is an important part of the "Tang Law",a detailed job crimes law rules prompted the Tang Dynasty to commit crimes Deal with rich and colorful.The author selected a representative example of the grandson's unbridled sword,the case of Zhang Yungu's secret disclosure case,and Yuan Yu's case.Through in-depth analysis of three typical cases,the author finds that each of them has different treatment methods and clearly affects the crimes committed by the Tang Dynasty.The deeper factors of practice are the struggle between the imperial power,the privilege of the bureaucracy,and the two powers.Among them,the legal rules only serve as an auxiliary,a tool,and have a weak interaction with the two major powers.This article examines the above cases and analyzes thecharacteristics of imperial power and bureaucratic power that coexist and fight,analyzes the impact on the legal operation of the Tang Dynasty,displays the essence of the feudal society governance model,and the privilege and restrictions of imperial powers and bureaucrats.
