Research On The Improvement Of Social Assistance System For Rural Left-behind Children In Zhuanghe

The problem of rural left-behind children is along with our country which transited into market economy system from planned economy system in the important social period.In recent years,with the rapid development of market economy and urbanization,a large number of rural surplus labor force is flooding into the city.On the one hand,they have made great contributions to the construction of the city,on the other hand,due to the constraints of economic conditions and the existence of urban and rural barriers,their children have been forced to stay in their homes and become left-behind children.The absence of parents' role has a great influence on the development of left-behind children.Due to the long-term lack of parental care and education,left-behind children have caused many psychological and behavioral problems.Left-behind children should not be troubled children.From the perspective of social development,such a high proportion of left-behind children is an important factor affecting social development.Cultivating good world values and promoting the comprehensive healthy growth of rural left-behind children,has the vital significance to the social harmonious development.Based on this background,this paper takes the left-behind children in zhuanghe as the research object and investigates them through questionnaires.Though the investigation of present situation of this special group and the social assistance to them,this paper has summarized and analyzed the reasons.According to the survey,the problem of rural left-behind children in Zhanghe is mainly reflected in four aspects.First,education.Second,mental health.Third,personal safety.Fourth,the crime of left-behind children.In recent years,Zhuanghe has gradually improved the social assistance of rural left-behind children,but there are still many defects.First,social assistance lacks a scientific aid system.Second,there is a lack of collaboration between governments and non-government organization.Third,there are blind areas for the assistance of left-behind children.Based on the full investigation of present situation of social assistance about rural left-behind children in Zhuanghe,the theory of social relief and Erikson eight stages theory,and the advanced experience at home and abroad,this paper puts forward a feasible plan to improve the social assistance system for left-behind children,which will provide relevant basis for solving the problem of left-behind children.
