The important strategic goal of our government is to carry out the scientific and effective administrative system reform and the construction of service government.For our country,civil servants are an important part of government institutions and can promote the construction and development of service-oriented government to a large extent.The quality level of civil servants can directly affect the construction and development of service-oriented government.Therefore,we must strengthen civil servant behavior management.But,for now,our country's civil service management still more traditional,especially the various management focuses on "responsibility" behavior,so that can really meet the needs of the current administrative system reform.Nowadays,the real problem in front of the government is to raise the requirements of civil servants,so that they can improve their working enthusiasm and can better organize the public and improve the performance level of our government.In this paper,the main research focus is the peripheral performance of hui 'an county civil servants.First of all,we to comb through summarizing the related research,the research achievements are mainly based on the performance of the surrounding areas,and thus profound meaning to our country civil servants around performance makes a deep exploration.Based on this foundation,especially the way of questionnaire survey,the purpose is to further understand the current civil servant performance implementation of surrounding the reality,the awareness of civil servants around performance characteristics,and based on the three aspects,explores the cause of the civil servants behavior,finally points out that the promotion of civil servants around performance strategy to enhance civil servants work subjective well-being and motivate diversified methods,create a harmonious working environment of justice and perfect performance appraisal mechanism.
