Study On The Supervision System Of Futures Margin

With the deepening of reform and opening up,the importance of futures market transactions in the market transactions in China is becoming more and more important.To ensure the security of market transactions has always been an important issue facing our financial market.As a very important part of the financial market,futures market transaction safety is also a concern in the domestic market.As the basis and key to the development and expansion of the futures market,the effective guarantee of security of margin has become a problem that the futures market must face and solve.Under the joint supervision of China Securities Regulatory Commission and local agencies,futures exchanges,China futures market monitoring center and China Futures Industry Association,the development of margin trading in China's futures market has achieved remarkable results.However,with the continuous development of the economy,the continuous progress of scientific and technological innovation and the close connection between the domestic market and the international market,the new varieties of futures and crude futures,such as apple futures and crude oil futures,have made the variety of futures trading in our country more and more abundant,the time of futures delivery is more and more active,the scale and level of the transaction Constantly deepening,the current margin supervision system has been unable to solve the problems faced by our futures market.Accordingly,improving the futures margin supervision system is the key and core of China's futures market regulation.Based on the historical background of the development of the present futures market and the present situation of the current futures market margin regulation system,and combining the regulations of the futures margin supervision system in other countries and regions and drawing on the useful experiences of these countries and regions,this paper analyzes the existing problems of the current market of futures market in China.And try to find an effective way for finding problems.
