The Present Situation,problems And Optimization Of Digital Governance In Yuhang District

With the change of the times and the development of the society,the traditional governance model of the government is difficult to adapt to the increasing needs of the society and the public,the government urgently needs to improve the governance capacity.Innovative governance model is the key to improve the governance ability of the government.The development of information technology provides technical support for the innovation of governance mode and the improvement of governance ability,which is the background of digital governance.Digital governance emphasizes the impact of information technology on public management,and has a strong guiding significance for the current governance of public affairs.As a new theory in the later stage of new public management,digital governance improves the level of public service supply by renewing the governance concept,reshaping the government process,improving the effectiveness of public participation.However,there are few researches on the application of digital governance in academic circles,and there are few practical effects of digitization in various regions.Taking Yuhang District of Hangzhou as an example,this paper analyzes the development process,the present situation and problems of digital governance in Yuhang District based on the theory of digital governance.Some countermeasures to improve the digital governance of Yuhang District are put forward.This research mainly uses the literature research method and the empirical analysis method to carry out the research on the digital governance of Yuhang District at the two levels of theory and practice.First of all,the author read the relevant literature to understand the theoretical connotation,characteristics and content of digital governance,highlight the three core contents of digital governance to do the research,for the following case study,which contains open information,public participation and government services.Secondly,we can further understand the development of digital governance in Yuhang District and found that its development is not balanced with insufficient integration and the low degree of cooperation through comprehensive browsing,through statistics and analysis of government documents,official websites,government affairs microblog and government wechat in Yuhang District.Furthermore,the use of system analysis,discovered reasons of the administrative system,top-level design,technology and civil society maturity.Finally,in view of the problems and their causes,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures to improve the digital governance of Yuhang District.
