Nowadays,our society has entered the final stage of building a well-off society.At this stage,the most important thing for the party and the country is to properly handle relationship with the peasants so as to solve the "hard bones" that are the hardest to be built on the road to building a well-off society ensure that the goal of becoming a powerful nation in the country is basically achieved.How to handle relationship with peasants? During the entire period of the War of Resistance Against Japan,the CPC in the Shensi-Kansu-Ningsia Border Region has already given some lessons to be learned.At that time,the CPC,as a locally ruling party,established a very harmonious relationship with the peasants in the Shensi-Kansu-Ningsia Border Region and became a national model at that time.On the basis of reading and studying the existing historical materials and research results,this paper analyzes and expounds the practice of the Communist Party of China in handling the relations with the peasants in the border area during this period based on the comprehensive anti-Japanese war as follows:The first part is about the historical background of the CPC's handling of the relations with the peasants in the Border Areas during the period of all-round war of resistance against Japan and the analysis from three aspects: the current war situation,the status of the Communist Party of China and the living environment of the peasants in the Advantages and unfavorable situations faced by peasants in their relations;The second part is based on the development of the comprehensive anti-Japanese war as a node,and generally sorts out the historical process of the CPC's handling of relations with peasants;The third part analyzes in detail the concrete measures taken by the Communist Party of China in handling the relation with peasants from the aspects of economy,politics,culture and rural party building;The fourth part is based on the analysis of concrete measures as far as possible to sum up the historical experience of the CPC in handling the relations with peasants during the Anti-Japanese War.
