This article presents the legal outlook of Niklas Luhmann,Germany's most outstanding and well-known theorist and thinker in the second half of the 20 th century.Luhmann integrated legal systematic theory with sociological theory,and created a unique sociology of law.His sociological law had a subversive influence on traditional jurisprudence and made an extremely important theoretical contribution to the world of jurisprudence.Due to Luhmann's novel and unique view of the world and law,his ideological theories have received extensive attention and heated discussion around the world.This article attempts to make a detailed introduction to Luhmann's view of law,and discusses the legal system theory in depth.The key to how Luhmann built his own legal theory system is based on his understanding of society.The society is a functional system.The meaning,meaning,and legal system of social and social differentiation are a partial system resulting from the functional differentiation of social systems.System theory is a very important part of its social functional system theory.Luhmann's legal system theory is the true portrayal of his legal view.In his theory,his legal view is in the sociological sense.Law is a dynamic,functional,structural social system.Its distinctive feature is to have interaction.In terms of sexuality,autonomy,internality and externality,Luhmann's legal theories and methods abandon but surpass the classical sociological jurisprudence.Based on the real world,Luhmann's broad and profound ideological theories provide a set of understandings for contemporary people.And explain the real life world of theories and methods.
