The driver license examination is one of the important aspects in the area of the people's livelihood.Along with the advance of social economy and the social public management level unceasing enhancement,the people are looking forward very much to reform and innovation in the field.In the national "delegating powers,improving regulation and optimizing services" government reform environment,new round of driver license examination reform has been boosted.This paper takes driver license examination reform stage effect in Pulandian as the research object.On the basis of the new public management theory and governance theory,first of all to do research on "delegating powers,improving regulation and optimizing services" reform of administrative system reform.After the train of thought of above-mentioned reform as the leading,overall scheme of the driving test reform and driving people test at home and abroad advanced experience and summarize reform model research.Combination of Pulandian region examination reform in the driving test groups,driving schools,the competent authority for visiting survey,comprehensive evaluation of Pulandian region driving license examination reform carried out by analysis.The evaluation system is from the value orientation of reform,adaptability and effectiveness of three dimensions,with combination of facts and value standard for train of thought.There are some achievement of the reform measures and some space to explore in the next step.At last,this paper puts forward a series of suggestions as widening thinking and increasing input into driving license examination reform,in order to give a help to further advance driver license examination reform in Pulandian region.
