Research On The Index Of Local Rule Of Law In China

The concept of "rule of law index" was first put forward in 2005.The concept was first used by the World Bank in its Country Wealth Report.After that,the concept was used as an objective and scientific assessment system to reflect the current situation of the rule of law in a region or region.With the popularity of this concept,more and more scholars and governments in the country have recognized,studied and adopted this concept.Over the years,the relevant issues of "rule of law index" have aroused close attention and intense discussion in Chinese academic circles.Today,with the deepening of the rule of law in an all-round way,an objective and reasonable evaluation of a local or regional rule of law,the establishment of an accurate quantitative evaluation system is clearly a more reasonable way.The "local rule of law index" needs to design its evaluation system and Implementation Path scientifically and rationally,so that the concept can truly adapt to China's soil and eventually become an important part of the modernization process of China's rule of law.Therefore,the study of "local rule of law index" has naturally become a very valuable research direction.Study on the local index of the rule of law,firstly,through expounding the concept and characteristics of local rule of law index to have a full understanding of the local law index on the basis of the theory,combined with our local index of the rule of law practice,and the system design,and outstanding characteristics are analyzed and summarized,then the extraterritorial legal index the common to summarize,with the China's local rule of law index comparison,reference index of the rule of law to the local law on the extraterritorial index of our country,and to improve the local rule of law index in China put forward specific ideas.This paper is divided into four parts,the first part describes the concept and characteristics of the local index of the rule of law;the second part introduces China's local index of the rule of law practice,are introduced and the system design,and outstanding characteristics;the third part introduces the foreign and the local legal index of the rule of law reference in China;fourth part of the perfect local law index in China put forward specific ideas.
