If judgment of civil justice can be accepted by the public to some extent,it is significant for maintaining social stability,realizing judicial justice and building a harmonious society.Acceptability itself is an open subjective value judgment.But as an important measure of the acceptability of civil jurisdiction,it should also be defined by some objective criteria.Therefore,the study on the acceptability of civil judicial adjudication needs to be conducted around certain objective criteria.These standards mainly include the people's psychological expectations of judicial decisions,the impartiality and openness of civil judicial adjudication,the logic and rationality of the judgment documents,and so on,and each point involves a deeper level of factor analysis.First of all,the paper puts forward the background of the acceptability of judicial adjudication,the research status at home and abroad,and the exposition of raising the reasonableness of the acceptability of the civil judicial adjudication in our country to illustrate the necessity and rationality of the increase of the acceptability of judicial adjudication in civil adjudication.Secondly,through the comments on the judicial decisions of the three civil cases of “Peng Yu Case”,“Yixing Embryo Case” and “Wang Lao Ji and Jia Duo Bao's Decoration Case”,it analyzes and sorts out the factors that affect the acceptability of civil justice adjudication,such as the judicial procedure,the judge's neutrality,the openness of the magistrate,and logical reasoning.Finally,it introduces the way of improving the acceptability of judicial adjudication based on public opinion from the aspects of judicial procedure,credibility of the judiciary and measurement of interests,with a view to helping our judicial process to a certain extent.
