Investor protection is the primary target of national securities laws.Investors as the source of the stock market funds,is the most important in the securities market main body,the investment behavior of securities issuance and trading process,protection of rights and interests of investors is beneficial to stable the confidence of investors,maintaining the stability and development of the securities market.Bond market as an important part of the securities market,more and more important in the position in China's capital market,however,as the bond defaults,the bond market investors' rights and interests protection system is stretched,become a big obstacle restricting the development of the bond market.This article will revolve around the theme of bond market investors' rights and interests protection analysis of the necessity of bond investors' rights and interests protection and the theoretical basis,by comparing the bond issuance and trading phase difference of investor protection system at home and abroad,the bond market investors' rights and interests protection system in China is proposed specific recommendations.This article is divided into four parts,the first part is the introduction.Mainly elaborated in this paper,the writing background,the necessity of the protection of the rights and interests of bond investors,domestic and foreign research present situation,the research methods.The second part,the content of the concept,classification and its rights and interests for bond investors briefly introduced,and the related theory of bond investors' rights and interests protection.The third part,the phase of bond issuance and trading of bond investors' rights and interests protection system at home and abroad,analyzes the problems in the protection of the rights and interests of bond investment mechanism and deficiencies.The fourth part,on the basis of summarizing the system advantages and disadvantages at home and abroad,aiming at the shortcomings of the bond investors' rights and interests protection system in our country the improvement of the specific measures are put forward.
