Research On Prevention And Control Countermeasures Of Prison Criminals Escaping

As the current social environment more and more complex,many criminals in prison stay long hard to avoid appear all kinds of psychological problems,such as exclusive contact with others,regulators with a strong psychological resistance,many criminals had a mild psychological symptoms,emerged from the behavior of regulators and at the same time in the tremendous interfere with the normal functioning of the prison,moreover after the escape caused very bad influence to society.From criminal psychology theory,this article will review about criminal psychological characteristics and the 1996-2016 criminals to escape the overall data,from the perspective of the criminals escaped the status quo and existing problems,a detailed analysis of the characteristics and development trend of the criminals escaped,in draw lessons from foreign prison criminals escape prevention measures,on the basis of on the basis of China's national conditions put forward specific countermeasures against criminals to escape,in order to improve the current status of the criminals escaped,effective to prevent the occurrence of harm the social bad behavior.This paper summarizes the research status at home and abroad,on the basis of related literature,the paper studies the criminals to prison escape management-that were the focus of criminal psychology as the breakthrough point,based on the current situation of the criminals escaped,efforts to achieve the management of basic theory and the current domestic criminals escaped prison management reality,the 1996-2016,the domestic comprehensive quantitative analysis of all kinds of criminals escaped case,with the actual case to provide data support for the study,put forward the feasible research plan,research framework,and the practice reflection in action.Finally,the characteristics and development trend of the escape of criminals are summarized,and the ideas put forward by relevant researchers at home and abroad are integrated into this paper,so as to put forward their own views.
