With the rapid development of science and technology, more and more new technologies are emerging.3D printing technology came into being, which used three-dimensional data of articles to form exactly the same article by speeding up the stacking of materials in the lateral direction. This new technology eliminates the tedious process of traditional manufacturing technology, greatly reducing manufacturing cycle time and cost. However, its emergence also has its drawbacks,it is also easy to infringe copyright piracy, followed by new infringement cases under technology,Penrose triangle case is the use of this new technology to create the same kind of goods,so that the profit margins of vendors damaged. The traditional copyright law has been unable to adapt to the emerging technology,so that criminals can take advantage of legal gaps, the legitimate rights and interests of copyright holders can not be protected, these problems need to be solved. In this paper, the author makes an in-depth study and analysis on the copyright of the new technology in 3D printing technology, and puts forward the feasible method. The first part briefly introduces the research background of this dissertation, and affirms the great innovation and reform of 3D printing technology to manufacturing industry. It has the characteristics of high efficiency, low cost and fewer error. At the same time,it can save a lot of manpower and material resources, but the existing copyright law does have a lot of disadvantages,we need to explore solutions;the second part is lead by the first case of copyright infringement under 3D printing technology,it discusses the impact of 3D printing technology on the definition of replication in the traditional concepts. This paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the problem of reproduction, and uses the originality of the works to determine the quality and infringement of the printed document and the printed matter. And the problems that may exist in the copyright infringement, such as the reasonable use of the boundary ambiguity and the technical neutrality as the defense reasons are analyzed correspordingly.Third part on the background of new technology of 3D printing,we adopt new measures to protect copyright infringement on print subject and study abroad experience and lessons, put forward reasonable suggestions, alleviate the conflicts the contradiction between new technology and copyright law,and at last establish a system of copyright that can be adapted to new technology.
