Anti-telecom fraud information propaganda is an important part of public information services and residents? behavioral intention is their ultimate goal.In order to cope with the sudden increase in the situation of telecommunications fraud,under the impetus of the relevant departments,anti-telecommunication fraud information has blossomed all over the country,which has also caused academics in various fields to focus on the issues.However,there are few empirical studies on the effectiveness of publicity services and the factors affecting the audience?s willingness to act.Based on the theory of persuasive sexual communication,social learning theory,and planned behavior theory,this article combines practical issues with the audience's external environment and intrinsic motivation to conduct empirical research on the Bao'an District of Shenzhen as an example.Influencing factors of anti-telecom fraud information learning behavior will be devoted to improving the anti-telecom fraud information publicity effect and propose corresponding countermeasures and opinions.The study found that the willingness of residents who have contacted anti--telecom fraud information is significantly higher than that of residents who have not been exposed to anti-telecom fraud information.Residents who have contacted anti-telecom fraud information and telecommunication fraud information are more likely to be exposed to behavioral intent than anti-telecom fraud information.Residents? direct and indirect experiences have an impact on anti-telephone fraud information learning behavior;residents who have had direct and indirect experiences are more willing to act than unexperienced residents and people who have had direct experience are more willing to act than those who only have indirect experience.At the same time,the breadth of media exposure and satisfaction of information services all play a positive role in promoting residents? willingness to learn information.That is,the higher the breadth of media exposure,the more information about residents? anti-telecom fraud.The stronger the willingness to learn behavior and the higher the degree of satisfaction with information services,the greater the willingness of residents to learn information from anti-telecom fraud.In addition,it is found that residents' self-perception and anti-telecom fraud have a negative effect on information learning willingness,that is,the lower the residents? self-cognition ability is,the stronger the willingness to learn anti-telecom fraud information is.Finally,this paper also conducted a preliminary assessment of the effect of anti-telemail fraud information publicity services in Baoan District of Shenzhen City through data.The data shows that the anti-telecom fraud information service in Bao'an District,Shenzhen is better and the residents' evaluation is higher,but the information coverage is low.Information coverage still needs to be further improved.In addition,it further analyzed the causes of the conclusions,and found out that the residents' reasons for the anti-telecom fraud information fraud intensity of telecommunications fraud,psychological distance differences,residents of the larger digital divide,residents of excessive self-confidence,the difference in expectations of residents and other reasons Caused.On this basis,this article also provides some suggestions for the anti-telecom fraud information learning behavior from the aspects of the propaganda method,content design,and working mechanism.
