Research Of Anti-terrorism On Railway In China

Railway and trains are an important part of public transportation.Terrorist may like to pick railway station as a target because it is an easy target and it is efficient and it is hard to emergency response team to reach.Even though China's major cities railway stations has not been a target of terrorist attack yet,these are the facts that the terrorist attacks still need to be highly valued and prevented.In recent years,the international anti-terrorism situation has become increasingly serious,and the rural areas terrorist attacks has been increasing over the year.While China's railway has characteristics such as wide coverage,dense passenger flow,large capacity and so on.Therefore,it is necessary to study the anti-terrorism problem in China's subway.First of all,through the analysis of the international terrorist environment and China's terrorist environment,combined with the unique characteristics of the subway,this article further shows that in the process of expanding the scale of China's subway,the anti-terrorism situation facing the country's subway has become increasingly severe.Secondly,by referring to the anti-terrorism experience of subways outside the region and combining with the characteristics of China's subways,it has targeted and proposed solutions and improvements.In order to provide a theoretical basis for the actual operation of the subway against terrorism.Based on the above writing logic,the full text is divided into three parts:In the first chapter,the author analyzes the anti-terrorism situation faced by the subway at the present stage from the analysis of the macro-environment and the micro-environment confronted by the anti-terrorism in the subway.Then it discusses the characteristics of the subway itself,and is destined to face the risk of terrorist attacks different from other modes of transportation.In the second chapter,based on the first part of the research,the author will summarize the weak links existing in the anti-terrorism of the subway in China,and analyze it from four aspects: anti-terrorism safety procedures like intelligence information,emergency response,law enforcement and punishments against anypossible terrorist attacks.In the third chapter,Come up with a plan to prevent any future attacks by learning from past attacks,other countries' attacks and most importantly,learn from China's own people and they cultural differences between areas,so hopefully the plan will successfully stop terrorist attacks.
