Due to the deepening of aging in our country,the pension problem has b ecome an increasingly prominent social problem.Along with the progress of the urbanization process,the regiment area also presents an increasingly obvious a ging trend.On the one hand,due to the rising proportion of the core family,th e family cannot afford the pension function well;On the other hand,due to the lack of development status and the influence of traditional old-age pension,in stitutional pension can not afford the major pension liabilities.Under such circu mstances,the new old-age pension scheme has entered into the people's vision,and becomes a good medicine for solving the problem of old-age pension in the regiment area.At present,the home-based care service of xinhu farm has d eveloped initially,but there are many problems in the development process.Satisfying the demand is the core of the solution to the pension probl em.Therefore,to effectively promote the development of home-based care serv ices,we must understand the needs of the elderly people's home care.Based on the new lake farm as the survey site,this paper focuses on the elderly peopl e over 60 years old,focusing on the maslow demand theory and the bradshaw demand theory as the theoretical basis.Through questionnaire and interview met hod to collect data,to the needs of elderly subdivided into daily life,health,s piritual comfort and cultural entertainment four aspects,and specific analysis of the elderly people's specific needs.As a result,we found that the old people h ad a great demand for daily care,meals,medical care,family and friends,and community style activities.This paper analyzes the influence degree of the old man's personal sit uation and family situation on the demand of four aspects.The results showed t hat the age,gender,living style,health status,marital status and self-care abilit y of the elderly had a significant impact on the demand.At the same time,the number of children and the loneliness of the elderly also have a certain impacton the demand.The analysis of these factors provides a basis for the develop ment of home-based care services.The paper describes the analysis of the needs and influencing factors of the old people and discusses the causes of the problems through these appe arances.From the perspective of the unmet needs of the old people,this paper analyzes the existing problems in the home care service of xinhu farm.On the basis of this,this paper proposes a humanized and multifaceted development pl an for home-based care services based on the needs of the elderly,advocate the establishment of "government-led,family support,social participation" in th e home care system.
