With the deepening of the judicial system reform in our country,the court is in an orderly way to establish and perfect the system.Since the judicial reform,the number of court cases showed a trend of increasing year by year,as the judicial support personnel clerk group have appeared in the large flow,low salary,promotion the space is little,and a series of problems,result in court clerk talent loss,even endanger the court trial efficiency and reform process.As the first batch of judicial reform pilot area in Guizhou province,has launched the reforms file,from the point of Guiyang city grass-roots court clerk profession present situation,facing a loss of big,big workload,job security is not perfect,promotion system,artificial intelligence impact clerk job situation,this paper in after the reform of the judicial system of Guiyang city court clerk at the grass-roots level as the goal,research analysis about the present situation of clerks career at present stage,from the working environment,salary,promotion,training,science and technology progress,except for clerks team problems and put forward the suggestion and scheme,in order to perfect the regulations for the administration of Guiyang city grass-roots court clerks,promoting judicial reform under the background of the formalization of employment,clerks,professional team.This paper is divided into five parts.Firstly,the introduction consists of three parts: first,the reasons for selecting the topic from the importance,feasibility and necessity;Secondly,it discusses the significance of the topic from theoretical significance,practical significance.The third is to discuss the research status of topic selection.The first chapter is the basic information of the research,including the selection of research points,the investigation and research methods.In the second chapter,the research data is analyzed and analyzed from the basic situation,working saturation,compensation and welfare treatment,and career development prospect.The present situation of the life,work and career development of the court clerks in the grass-roots court is vividly presented in the form of chart.The third chapter studies the grass-roots court clerks professional environment problems,according to the characteristics of the survey data,find out the factors influencing the clerks occupational environment and problems,mainly has the following five: one is the clerk at the grass-roots level loss problem,two clerks work at the grass-roots level,respectively,the contract is short,different criteria to select,high saturation,dialect communication is difficult,three is the salary problem,contains the level is low,the difference is big,the lack of flexibility,four is training-promotion,five is the economic development of science and technology problem.The fourth chapter is the suggestion to improve the professional environment of the basic clerks in Guiyang city,which is divided into the following four aspects: first,to improve the recruitment system;Second,the establishment of a reasonable compensation system,mainly from the establishment of the link level compensation system,the improvement of financial support policies,the establishment of floating performance salary system three aspects.Third,improve the promotion system,establish a unified level assessment,increase training opportunities,and improve the exit mechanism.The fourth is to build smart courts with big data,mainly from the introduction of artificial intelligence,and improve the ability of the clerks to embrace big data.
