Study On The Legal Issues Of Online Food Shopping Safety Regulation

Food safety is closely related to people's life and health,has always been valued by people.In the era of network economy,online shopping is the product of traditional food transaction and e-commerce.Online shopping foods are sought after by many people because of its convenience,price preference and other advantages.However,when we see the advantages of online shopping,we can't ignore the problems caused by it.The Internet provides a new mode of food sales and becomes an important way of food consumption.However,due to the virtual nature of the network,consumers can only use the food information released by the food business operators on the third-party platform to shopping,and their transactions with operators are not face-to-face.In the case of serious asymmetry of information,and the low threshold of entry of the network platform,it is easy for food operators to sell food that does not meet the safety standards.Under the background of the rule of law,Internet food operators also need to operate legally under the law and maintain the food safety of the public.However,the amendment of China's food safety law does not specifically stipulate the behavior of online food operators,nor does it establish a sound regulatory system for online shopping.Under the virtual network environment,the food safety issues of online shopping are more prominent,such as the difficulty of food quality and the difficulty of consumer protection.In the face of this situation,it is necessary to carry out systematic research on the legal problems existing in online food safety supervision.In this paper,by analyzing the present situation of our online food safety supervision legal system and law enforcement,find out the problems in the legal system of the present level,and draw lessons from foreign advanced experience of legal system,this paper puts forward some pertinent solutions to the legal problems of online food safety supervision in China.
