The socialist harmonious society is a kind of beautiful society that people are striving for.The development of a harmonious society can not be separated from the sound social management.The police service used by the public security is a law enforcement system used by the police to enforce the law.It guarantees the sound development of society and depends on scientific and technological means.The strong police,combined with the current situation and tasks,based on the urgent needs of the city's public security work for the application of information,actively relying on the advantages of the telecommunications company ' s resources to establish a new public information application platform to provide a frontline police officer with a Cross-business database,cross-geographical barriers to modern mobile policing office mechanisms.However,with the rapid development of high-tech technology,criminal offenses have become more complicated,flexible,diversified,and intelligent,and the number of offenders has also grown.The traditional police communications system adopts a WAP-based approach,not just data security.Poor,slow data transfer and parsing speed,low file type support,and poor information interaction,it is difficult to support current work modes that require real-time data acquisition,real-time processing,and real-time sharing.This has brought unprecedented challenges to the work of the public security department and stress.This project aims at these bottlenecks.The project team has conducted in-depth internal demand research and learned that developing a third-generation police communications system to achieve rapid information transfer,rapid interaction,and information security sharing is the key to solving corporate problems.The third-generation police instant messaging system platform is a third-generation police communications system platform that expands various public security business functions on the third-generation police instant messaging platform,such as identification card identification,license plate recognition,and so on.This subject is researched and developed on the basis of comprehensive investigation and analysis ofthe actual situation within the public security.It adopts the overall architecture of C/S and B/S,java is the development language,and MySql is used as the background database to design the specific implementation of each functional module and module of the system.The third-generation police instant messaging system undergoes rigorous multiple testing before it is actually put into operation.The main innovations of this system are as follows:(1)The traditional police communications system or the general third-generation police communications only supports single-protocol connection mode.The third-generation police communications system researched and designed in this project supports multiple protocol connection modes,and the server has developed a protocol conversion platform Protocol.Conversion Platform,abbreviation: PCP,visual development,support client multiple protocol types to connect XMPP server,make the system have better compatibility and market competitiveness.(2)Instant messaging currently uses the XMPP protocol,and most of the third generation police mobile terminals have high traffic consumption.For this problem,the mobile terminal of this topic researches and designs a custom protocol type to make mobile communication more traffic-efficient.Solve the problem of information redundancy in the mobile end of the third generation police policing instant messaging.(3)Because of the poor interactivity of the second-generation police communication system based on WAP technology and the narrow bandwidth of wireless channels,the speed of WAP data transmission and analysis is slow.This system adopts 4G mobile technology + mainstream framework technology to solve the current need to provide more Multimedia services,such as dynamic image,video,audio and other media information services,have reduced costs and increased user satisfaction.(4)In order to obtain the most flexible system function expansion mode,this system adopts plug-in function expansion,which is easy to use.This scheme makes it possible to meet the public service unit's future business development needs and is conducive to supporting the work of police personnel.(5)The system uses the current mainstream MINA network communication application framework technology,a single server can support 100,000 concurrent amount,far satisfy the customer's 3000 concurrent requests,but also docking various database types,with a good market competition force.The third-generation police instant messaging system developed by this project has been successfully implemented.It has been operating stably and has obtained software copyright registration.It has been initially recognized by the industry.
