Lenin is an outstanding proletarian revolutionary leader and Marxist.After the October Revolution,according to the objective reality of the coexistence of socialism and capitalism that emerged in the history of the world,for the first time in the history of mankind,he made a groundbreaking exposition of the issue of international communication under the two different systems,socialism and capitalism.After more than 100 years,the socialist system has engendered tremendous vitality in China.Today,China is approaching the center of the world stage as never before.Therefore,today,the issue of international communication under the coexistence of the two systems,socialism and the capitalist system entered the field of theory and practice again.Lenin's pioneering interpretation of related issues still has important value today.The issue of international communication under different social systems is the core of Lenin's international communication ideology.This article sorts out the background of the times and theoretical origins of Lenin's international communication ideas,which is conducive to a more scientific and accurate grasp of Lenin's international communication ideas.The characteristics of the times after the development of capitalism entered the monopoly phase and the prospects for the development of Soviet Russia after the October Revolution made Lenin fully realize that the coexistence of the capitalist system and the socialist system will exist for a long time.In order to get rid of the social reality of Soviet Russia's internal and diplomatic difficulties,it is necessary to introduce and use the advanced science and technology and management experience of the capitalist countries and strengthen the communication with the capitalist countries.Lenin embarked on the premise of adhering to the guiding position of Marxist theory and the nature of the Soviet Socialist regime in Russia and expounded the core content of his international communication ideology from different levels.This article focuses on the main content of Lenin's international communication ideology,which focuses on the necessity and possibility of international communication between socialist countries and capitalist countries analyzed by Lenin: From the perspective of the social situation of Soviet Russia at that time,the war has severely damaged Soviet Russia's economy and it is urgent to use capitalist countries' technical achievements are rebuilt.Therefore,for Soviet Russia,it is necessary to communicate with capitalist countries.From the perspective of the development of the capitalist countries,after entering the monopoly stage,the capitalist countries are more in need of cheap raw materials and a vast commodity market.The rich resources and vast markets of the Soviet Russia provide the possibility for such international communication.However,in its dealings with capitalist countries,Lenin advocated the principles of international communication of the peaceful coexistence of all nations,equality of nations,safeguarding national core interests and combining of patriotism and internationalism,on the basis of ensuring that the nature of Soviet Russia does not change and safeguard the interests of the country and the people.This article uses the basic principles,viewpoints,and methods of Marxism to analyze the historic significance and present inspiration value of Lenin's international communication,especially the state-to-state exchanges under the two different social systems,capitalism and socialism,it's also believed that Lenin thoughts on international communication at that time had an important impact on the maintenance of stability within Soviet Russia and the establishment of a new world order.Today,Lenin's international communication ideology still has important guiding significance for handling the practice of international communication in reality.
