Research On Ideological And Political Education In The Communities Of Xixia District Of Yinchuan City,ningxia Province

With the development of economy and continuous deepening of reform and opening up,the speed of population mobility accelerated greatly,which transfer people from “unit person” to “social person” gradually.In addition,people's lifestyle and values also tend to be diversified.These have great impact on people's social and community activities and make the work of community building become more and more important.However,there are many problems in the process of community building,such as imperfect system of community party building,unprofessional education team and weak consciousness of participation among residents in communities.All of these highlight the importance of strengthening community ideological and political education.As most of multi-ethnic communities in multi-ethnic urban areas are distributed in western areas with low level of economic development,community facilities are not good while people's awareness of economic development are relative weak,strengthening community ideological and political education in multi-ethnic urban areas is more important.In addition,residents in multi-ethnic communities are from various nationalities with different culture and habits,strengthening the community ideological and political education should be in general and targeted.Therefore,we should explore effective ways to improve the effects of promoting community ideological and political education in multi-ethnic urban areas.This will have practical meanings on community building as well as promoting urbanization and harmonious communities in our country.This dissertation will illustrate the practical meanings of community ideological and political education on the basis of relative concepts and theories at the beginning.Furthermore,the dissertation attempts to list some problems in the process of promoting community ideological and political education in multi-ethnic urban areas and analyze the challenge by employing empirical studies on some communities of Xixia district in Yinchuan.Some useful advice on improving the efficiency of promoting community ideological and political education in multi-ethnic urban areaswill be given at last.
