Study On The Low-enforcement And Supervision Of Land In Zhan Jiang

Since the reform and opening up of the land as the main carrier of the social economy,has made a major contribution to the rise of Zhanjiang City,at the same time,the contradiction between the protection and use of land resources is increasingly prominent.In particular,after Zhanjiang has been positioned as the central city of Beibu Gulf,the contradiction between land supply and demand will become more prominent.Although Zhanjiang has attached great importance to land law enforcement supervision in recent years,there are still a lot of problems,such as the backwardness of law enforcement,unsatisfactory law enforcement,and imperfect construction of land legal mechanisms.Therefore,how to strengthen the important role of land law enforcement supervision in land protection is a major problem that needs to be resolved.This article starts with the institution construction,background and current status of the land law enforcement inspection,and the content of the work.Through document analysis,investigation and research,and comparative analysis,this paper studies the daily operations,law enforcement methods,and law enforcement power of the land law enforcement supervision work in Zhanjiang City,from the aspects of land supply and demand,laws,regulations and policies,local government behaviors,and other aspects to further explore the root causes of land law enforcement supervision issues.The study believes that through the establishment of joint working groups,multi-sectoral joint participation,strengthening of communication with local governments,establishment of cross-country law enforcement,improving the efficiency of land approval,perfecting land dynamic inspections,strictly regulating enforcement procedures,and establishing a land administrator system,improve the level of treatment and quality of law enforcement personnel,improve the law enforcement software and hardware facilities.It can improve the ability of land law enforcement and supervision in Zhanjiang,so as to make Zhanjiang land law enforcement and supervision work smoothly and reduce the occurrence of illegal land use.
