The right to education has become a basic constitutional basic right of modern citizens. It is an important human right guaranteed by international human rights conventions such as the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the International Covenant on Economic,Social and Cultural Rights. The right to education refers to the opportunities and conditions for education provided by citizens whose age and intellectuals reach a certain stage in accordance with the law.Compulsory education refers to the free school education provided by the law for a certain number of years or the scope of the state's implementation of children at a specific age.It originated in Europe in the 16 th century and matured in the 20 th century.Modern society is based on rights. As far as the right to education is concerned, the educated is clearly the subject of rights, and the state, society, school, and parents are obligatory subjects. The equal protection of the right to education at the compulsory stage is an important issue that cannot be ignored by all countries in regard to education. The inequality of the right to education at the compulsory education stage in China is manifested as inequality among regions, between urban and rural areas, between ethnic groups and between disadvantaged groups. The conditions for access to education and the right to education among different educators have not been guaranteed equally. The main causes of inequality are the imbalance in the allocation of educational resources, the differences in regional and family economic capabilities, and the lack of legal protection for the right to education. This article aims at the unequal protection of the right to education at the above-mentioned compulsory education stage and discusses the corresponding improvement measures. The author believes that in order to achieve equal protection of the right to education,we must first optimize the allocation of educational resources so that the allocation of educational resources among different regions, between urban and rural areas, and between peoples can reach a relatively balanced state;second, the government needs to strengthen its sense of responsibility and increase Fiscal protection has enabled the educated to enjoy maximum financial support from the state.Third,it is necessary to improve the legal protection system for the right to education at the compulsory education stage, establish a constitutional supervision mechanism, speed up the construction of the legal system, increase administrative protection, and broaden the judicial system.Remedies are used to provide prompt and effective relief after the right to education has been violated. These expectations can play a role in the equal protection of the right to education in compulsory education.
