Research On The Protection Of Individual Copyright Under The Network Environment

With the development of Internet technology,we media represented by micro-blog,WeChat,Tencent QQ and so on have springing up rapidly and become popular in the public life.The self media,which is in full swing,has become an important way of creating,spreading and communicating in the Internet age,playing a more and more important role in the public life.In particular,in recent years,the "micro-blog politics" and "WeChat's politics" have made full use of the value of the media in modern society.A "everyone has a microphone" has come.However,the co-existence of development and problems,due to the lack of the necessary regulations on the transfer and dissemination of information under the network environment,and the lack of copyright protection for the fragmented and brief creation of the media,the copyright infringement cases in the network environment have occurred.Therefore,the rise of media culture has aroused widespread concern in the field of copyright infringement and individual copyright protection in the media.Based on the above background,this paper,in addition to the introduction and conclusion,expounds the research on the protection of individual copyright under the network environment from the four part.The first part is the overview of individual copyright under the network environment.The second part through the analysis of the network environment infringement of individual copyright act.The third part expounds the necessity and feasibility of individual copyright infringement risk control under the network environment,to demonstrate the necessity of copyright protection under the network environment from two aspects of theoretical and practical significance.The fourth part discusses under the network environment and improve the protection of individual copyright,against the risks under the network environment the individual copyright puts forward four suggestions,mainly including: self media platform is established between the copyright protection mechanism;establish the government with the public nature of the generation rights organization;right of public resources and the individual works strictly distinguish;to improve the network environment of China's copyright law system.
