Research On The New Concepts And Practice Of China's Participation In Global Governance Since The 18^th National Congress Of The Communist Party Of China

In today's world,globalization and information have brought about an increasingly rich material life and convenient communication.But in the meantime,they have also spawned and intensified the spread of a series of global issues and challenges.In this world of merging interests,the solution of these global threats cannot be accomplished by a single country alone.It requires collective collaboration between countries.Under these circumstances,it is particularly important for countries of the world to cooperate fully in global governance.At the same time,after the financial crisis in 2008,the international power structure has shown a turning trend: On the one hand,the developed countries such as the United States,Japan,and the European Union have suffered serious economic losses and have been unable to participate in global governance.On the other hand,emerging economies such as the BRICS have risen rapidly and their ability and demand to participate in global governance has greatly improved.Therefore,at the level of the global governance system,there has been a shift from "domination by the West" to "co-governance between the East and the West." Under this trend of the times,Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,China has actively participated in global governance and has proposed a series of new concepts such as a community of common destiny for all mankind,the principle of wide consultation,joint contribution and shared benefits,and a new type of international relations,also China has taken a series of actions to participate in global governance.All these have always shown Chinese characteristics,distinctive features of the times,and rich world values.Therefore,this paper mainly studies the new concepts and practice of China's participation in global governance since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.This article starts with the background and source of ideas of China's participation in global governance since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,take the Xi Jinping series important speech database," XIJINPING: The Governance of China " and "Selected Important Documents Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China" as research sample.According to the word frequency analysis,the research objects of this article include a community of common destiny for all mankind,the principle of wide consultation,joint contribution and shared benefits,and a new type of International Relations,as well as the Belt and Road.This article uses documentary analysis method,induction summarization method and comparative research method to analyze the research object,starting with the formation and connotation of the new concept,and exploring the proposal,effect and significance of the " One Belt and One Road " initiative guided by the new concepts.Based on the analysis of the research object,this paper draws the following two conclusions: the first is the characteristics and value of China's participation in global governance Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China;the second is how China can further participate in global governance.
