Research On College Students' Party Spirit Education

The party spirit education is the Communist Party members' mind study and the compulsory course.To build socialism with Chinese characteristics and realize the sacred mission of the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,it is the key to strengthen the self-construction of the Chinese Communist Party.The importance of the Party construction lies on the quality of the Party members that should carry out the education of Party character by advancing the party members' qualification.Undergraduate Party members are the excellent representatives whose ideological and political quality significantly influences the condition of self-cultivation and the country's further development.Colleges and Universities should not only train excellent young people to join the party organization,but also train them to be advanced members with ideals,skills and responsibilities.To study the characteristics of Party spirit education in the new era,further strengthen the undergraduates' Party spirit education is particularly urgent for the Universities training virtuous builders and successors for socialism.Methods of literature research,questionnaire survey and interview are employed.By using the Marxism Party construction theory,theory of Marxism about person's full scale development theory,general secretary Xi Jinping has been strictly governing the party in an all-round way and Ideological and political education theories,this paper differentiates the party spirit,party spirit education and undergraduates Party members' spirit education on the basis of the related concept of characteristics.Therefore,the questionnaire comprehensively analyzes the status of characteristics of undergraduates' Party spirit education in the new period,and detailed analyzes the related influence factors of graduates' Party spirit education.On the basis of investigation and analysis,this paper systematically expounds the content of education and puts forward the countermeasures and Suggestions to strengthen education.First,we should strengthen the self-education of college student party members,and constantly improve their party members' quality in practice,continuous learning and active practice.The second is to improve the school education,strengthen the construction of college students' party branch,enriching the content of college student party members' party spirit education and innovation method of university student party members' party spirit education,constantly improve the effect of the party members' party spirit education;The third is to use the Internet thinking to expand the long-term mechanism of education party membership for college students.By building based on family,school and society,students' learning,management,supervision and positive interaction in a new era of "Internet +" mechanism,the formation of party spirit education of the university student party members together as a whole.
