The Path Of Perfecting The Legislation Of Offshore Finance Tax Regulations In China

The continuous development of economic globalization has led to increasingly closed communications between countries,and there has been a significant increase in the possibility of triggering uncertainties in the economic field.As a new thing in modern international finance,offshore finance has the characteristics of being different from traditional finance in terms of generous regulation and tax preference.It is an important part of the modern financial system,and its market occupies an important position in the modern financial market.At the same time,the emergence and development of offshore finance has brought unprecedented challenges to financial supervision,involving tax avoidance,money laundering,capital flight,and economic fluctuations.International conflicts in taxation supervision have also become increasingly acute.Without control,its damage to a country's financial system may highly spread to other countries' financial markets and eventually lead to a global financial crisis.Because of the imperfect supervision system for offshore finance,especially the taxation supervision system,this could increase the possibility of the spread of the crisis in the end.The negative impacts that accompany the development of offshore finance highlight the necessity of the taxation supervision system for offshore finance.China's offshore financial development is still in its infancy.The regulatory legal system including offshore taxation is still not perfect.The lack of regulatory laws and inadequate supporting mechanisms still exist.From the perspective of legal supervision,this article studies the issue of offshore financial taxation supervision,refers to the legislative and coordination experience of tax supervision by the experiences of world's major offshore financial markets,and proposes corresponding suggestions for perfecting China's offshore financial tax supervision legal system in order to achieve a steady and healthy development of offshore finance in China.
