With the normalization of diplomatic relations between China and Japan in 1972 and the implementation of China's policy of reform and opening up in 1978,the number of Chinese people who went to Japan in various forms has increased. They are called New Overseas Chinese and gather in the capital circle which is led by Tokyo.Overseas Chinese Society did not change into Chinese Society after World War II and Overseas Chinese are still the mainstay in Overseas Chinese Society.New Overseas Chinese organize their own social, political, economic and cultural networks through organizations, such as Overseas Chinese Community,Chinese Media,Chinese Language School.Ikebukuro Chinatown in Tokyo which dedicates to“intergrowth”with local Japanese society, assembles new Overseas Chinese with the concepts of "social space" and "cultural community".Shouldering the responsibility of Overseas Chinese intellectuals and improving the relations between China and Japan, the Society of Professors in Japan which broke through the role of traditional Overseas Chinese Associations in helping each other, spares no effort to dialogue with the mainstream of Japanese Society and makes a sound of Chinese Voice. The Duan Press whose goal is to promote non-governmental communication between China and Japan uses the most easily understood and accepted way to promote the communication between China and Japan by publishing books, establishing Chinese Corner and holding essay contests.New Overseas Chinese have broken through the traditional living and working models in Japan, communicating and integrating with the local community actively.Besides, they have changed the mode with Japanese society from "survival" to "intergrowth".Therefore,by selecting three representative cases in Tokyo —Ikebukuro Chinatown in Tokyo, the Society of Professors in Japan, the Duan Press, the paper aims to analyze how new Overseas Chinese communicate and integrate with the local society in Japan.
