Research On The Rationality Of Referee From The Perspective Of Rhetoric

At present,our country socialist legal system has been basically formed,it shows that the rule of law on the one hand China construction has a basic implementation of "laws",on the other hand also shows a research perspective of law gradually from the legislation to judicial activity.The acceptability of judicial adjudication has become a hot issue in the study of judicial activities.Rhetoric is regarded as a possible perspective to realize the acceptability of judicial adjudication because of its unique advantages in value judgment and the application of rhetoric in rhetoric.However,what is the significance of rhetoric in achieving the acceptability of the referee? What method might be adopted to achieve the acceptability of judicial adjudication? What are the problems in the process of realizing the acceptability of judicial adjudication?
