It is very important to study target assignment and weapon-target assignment algorithms in air combat simulations.Pervious popular target assignment algorithms are based on intelligent optimization algorithms,such as genetic algorithm,particle swarm optimization algorithm and so on.But all of them are difficult to fit fast to query the answer,stable to find and avoid the local optimum.Besides,the traditional weapon-target assignment algorithms are hard to work out,in recent years,some intelligent optimization algorithms are used in it.They also cannot overcome stable to find and avoid the local optimum in available time.So it is worthy to study on target assignment and weapon-target assignment algorithms.To overcome the hard question in work out the target assignment in the above part,the Q-learning algorithm based target assignment is proposed in this paper,we have work as follows:1.The method finds out the way for target assignment by Agent modeling in air combat simulations.It is more flexible and intuitively than the other mathematic al model.2.The method balance the query speed and local optimum by ?-greedy algorithm,Monotonic function is used to take the place of the related parameter,it speed up querying the answer.To overcome the disadvantage of intelligent optimization algorithms used in get stable to find and avoid the local optimum in available time.This paper modelling the threat degree about weapon-target assignment,in the next,the based intelligent optimization algorithms work for weapon-target assignment method and procedure is proposed,we have work as follows:1.By analyze the influenced factor,the degree threat function,distance threat function,speed threat function,ability function are modeling.They decide the weapon-target assignment model.It is useful to work out the answer.2.The method based on ant colony algorithm and genetic algorithm are proposed by the flowchart,their accurate and inefficiency are discuss by case study,the result shows that the method based on ant colony algorithm work for weapon-target assignment could avoid the local optimum in available time.
