As the policy of reform and opening-up moving forward,China has made more and more development,at the same time also appears more and more social problems,which requires the public security organs to raise its efficiency.Public security organs must improve the performance of civilian police.Different from the general enterprise staff,the performance improvement of public institution staff has always been the difficulty in management.After reading a lot of literature,it is found that psychological contract has a significant positive influence on job performance,but its influence mechanism is not perfect.At present,the police did not get enough attention,In addition,the police work pressure is very difficult.The psychological contract between the police and the public security organs is not easy to form.This has led to a lack of passion in civilian police work and their performance also needs to be improved.Therefore,this study explores its influence mechanism on the work performance of civil police from the perspective of psychological contract.According to the work characteristics of civil police and a large number of domestic and foreign literature on psychological contract.Based on equity theory,social exchange theory and social cognition theory,this paper constructs a mediating action model between psychological capital and job performance.This paper studies the three dimensions structure of psychological contract: normative responsibility,interpersonal responsibility and development responsibility.Each variable adopted a mature scale and prepared a questionnaire.A questionnaire survey was conducted on 201 policemen of the public security organ in Lucheng district.The reliability analysis and validity analysis were performed with SPSS17.0.Descriptive statistics and correlation analysis and regression analysis were carried out.Finally,four conclusions were drawn: Psychological contract has a significant positive influence on the performance of civil police.Psychological contract has significant positive influence on the psychological capital of civil police;Psychological capital has a significant positive influence on the performance of civil police;Psychological capital plays a part in the relationship between psychological contract and job performance.In this paper,the work performance as the result variable is studied,and the mechanism of psychological contract on the performance of civil police work is explored.Psychological contract is the implicit responsibility and obligation relationship between public security organs and civil police.It can be analyzed from two levels of organization and civil police to improve the psychological contract of civil police,to form psychological capital,and to produce better job performance.The organization expects employees to fulfill their commitments and achieve good performance in the process of work,provided that the organization is actively fulfilling organizational responsibilities.In the public security organs,the formation of psychological contract needs the joint efforts of Ann and cip.And public security organs often need to perform their own responsibilities first.In this way,the psychological capital of the police can be enhanced to achieve better performance.Finally,according to the conclusion obtained by the research institute,this paper puts forward management Suggestions from the perspective of psychological contract to improve the psychological capital and job performance of civil police: Create good organizational atmosphere to improve interpersonal relationship;To pay attention to the encouragement of civil police;Focus on civil police career management;Focus on improving the psychological capital of civilian police;Improve the performance of civilian police responsibility.This paper studies the psychological contract of police civil police,and verifies the mediating effect of psychological capital between psychological contract and job performance.It not only expands the application scope of psychological contract,but also provides certain management Suggestions for the management of the police psychological contract and the improvement of work performance.
