A Study On The Compensation For Mental Damage Of Juvenile Criminal Victims

In judicial practice,there are more researches on the legal rights and interests of juvenile criminal suspects,but less on the legal rights and interests of minor victims.Minor criminal victims,as the object of direct infringement of criminal acts,have been greatly injured both physically and mentally,and need special protection and help.In practice,there is a serious lack of protection measures for juvenile victims.Minor criminal victims are often on the edge of danger,which is not conducive to the repair of social relations and the healthy growth of minors.From the angle of compensation for mental damage of juvenile criminal victims,this paper analyzes the existing problems in compensation for mental damage,and puts forward relevant suggestions to perfect the measures of compensation for mental damage of juvenile criminal victims.Then better safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of this group.
