This dissertation examines the role of performance appraisal in the investigation and design industry of water conservancy,especially Balanced Scorecard and teamwork performance appraisal.Productive performance appraisal helped scientific research workers change the current situation,achieve their career goals,and effective teamwork,achieve their potential,and improve employee morale.This effect on daily management is apparent of having a clear view of what is important in work.As the performance appraisal became more diverse and powerful,the daily management became more and more important in achieving the organization objectives,such as increase job satisfaction,match their skills and interests,feel a sense of pride and belonging,provide good opportunities for career development,increase employees' loyalty to the company.To explore the role of the all available keys in the four dimensions of the Balanced Scored performance measurement indicators,this dissertation reviewed the study of performance measurement of the domestic Research institutes and teamwork,and the Balanced Scorecard,and its application in the Research institutes and teamwork,analyzed the mission and strategic objectives of Bijie Investigation and Design Institute and formed the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard strategy map and implementation models can be divided into Research institutes and teamwork to implement the Balanced Scorecard,SWOT analysis,Analytic Hierarchy Process in three phases.
