Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Communist Youth League Organization Of State-owned Enterprises In The Guidance Of Youth Thoughts

Youth ideological guidance is an important responsibility of the Communist Youth League organization.As the most dynamic and creative group in the staff and workers system of state-owned enterprises,young workers are the important participants in deepening the reform and improving the quality and efficiency strategy of enterprises,and are the main force for high-quality development and building evergreen undertakings in the basic industry.It is of great significance for the realization of the strategic objectives of state-owned enterprises and the growth and progress of young people to do a good job of ideological guidance for young people.Through the analysis of relevant cases and questionnaires in Northwest Oilfield Branch of Sinopec,this paper finds out the common problems existing in the youth ideological guidance work of the Communist Youth League of state-owned enterprises,analyzes the reasons behind the problems,and on this basis,solves the youth ideological guidance of the Communist Youth League of state-owned enterprises.A comprehensive analysis of the problems confronting them is made.
