In the context of the new type of urbanization,China's political, economic and cultural system has continuously deepened reform, land acquisition and demolition, development and construction, and investment promotion have been carried out on a large scale. The living space of urban residents and rural villagers has been squeezed early, and in some areas there has been a phenomenon of "reflux".And more is the emergence of "agricultural conversion".The boundary between rural and urban areas has become blurred, rural bungalows have become small high-rise buildings, grocery stores have become supermarkets, and bazaars have become clean and standardized farmers 'markets, because rural areas are cheaper than urban housing prices and lower living costs. Many foreign workers and entrepreneurs have flocked to the countryside, while villagers have flocked to the cities. The population of rural communities and urban communities has become complex and new communities have emerged.New communities are the product of the process of urbanization. Most of them are located in peri-urban areas or in suburban areas away from cities. This has led to the diversification of social needs. In addition to the lack of autonomy, the awareness of residents is not yet in place, and the legal gap,it poses challenges and requirements for the governance of rural communities in China. The traditional methods and methods of governance have not been able to meet the requirements of the community residents for the newly established community. In addition, the community system is not smooth and the responsibilities are not clear. As a result, the original "street system" and "village system" operating mechanisms have gradually failed to keep up with the pace of the times. The new communities studied in this paper were created under China's urbanization policy and have strong Chinese characteristics. In the process of production, local governments played a central role and were affected by economic and cultural factors.Such communities face the dual pressure of landless farmers and mobile populations, which brings about an integration dilemma that is different from the general community. How to break through this dilemma and achieve good governance has become an urgent concern. This article is divided into six chapters with the example of Buwen Town,Longwen District,Zhangzhou City. The first chapter analyzes the background, significance and research of this article through literature analysis, data collection, questionnaire survey and comparative analysis. The thoughts, research methods, innovations, etc.of the article summarize the relevant research on community governance at home and abroad. The second chapter discusses the community and other related concepts and theories. The third chapter introduces the status quo of the new community governance in Buwen Town. The fourth chapter analyzes the current situation, problems and reasons of community governance based on the actual situation of Buwen Town. The fifth chapter gives some suggestions for optimization according to the relevant problems.Chapter 6 summarizes the shortcomings and prospects of new community governance. In view of China's actual national conditions, the management of the newly-built community in Bowen Town is mainly improved by clarifying the concept of the newly-built community, improving the government's service function, and establishing a multi-participation mechanism. It aims to promote the community autonomy management model based on reality, which is conducive to the development of urban communities in the future.Due to the author's limited academic level, some of the views and arguments put forward in this paper are not very accurate, and there are some omissions or even mistakes. Please criticize and correct them.
