Kant's Idea Of Perpetual Peace And Its Contemporary Scrutiny

In the 21st century,with the development of economic globalization and the improvement of intermational law,the international order has become relatively stable.The relationship between countries and regions in the world tend to be Interdependent,the peace and the development have become the theme of the times,people of all nationalities around the world have gradually formed a close-knit a community of shared future for mankind.However,there are still many factors hiding behind the good order which tlireaten the peace and development of mankind,and hinder the world from moving further towards a perpetual peace.In fact,the peace is a topic of great concern of all ages.In the eighteenth century,Kant wrote the " Perpetual Peace Theory" and explained the issue of perpetual peace systematically.The domestic research on Kant's views on perpetual peace started relatively late,so the perspective and argumentation logic of domestic research are mainly based on research of abroad,but some important research results have been formed.Based on the existing research results at domestic and abroad,this thesis attempts to use the holistic perspective and Kant's originals as a reference to systematically sort out the formation mechanism of Kantfs views of perpetual peace,and explore the theoretical value and limits based on Xi Jinping's thoughts of a community of shared future for mankind.Based on this,this paper mainly talks about the Kantfs thought from four levels:the background of the times,the theoretical basis,the basic coniotation and the value review.Firstly,discussing the historical background and theoretical origin,and investigating the historical rationality of its thought.Secondly,explaining the self-philosophical foundation of its idea of perpetual peace and demonstrating its idea is an extension of its Ideology from a holistic perspective.Thirdly,based on the " Collected Works of Critique of Historical Rationality”,to sort out the basic connotation of Kant's idea,and grasp its idea from both macro and micro perspectives.Finally,based on the research on the background,theoretical basis and basic connotation of the above,to examine Kant's idea scientifically from both theoretical and practical levels,and investigate the generality and heterogeneity of his thoughts and Community of Shared Future for Mankind.Both Kant's idea of perpetual peace and Community of Shared Future for Mankind are great theoretical and practical innovations which based on the background of its times and all mankind's good wishes of world peace,and they all both concern about the destiny of mankind.Essentially,the times are changing,the forms of theory and practice are changing,but the theme of world peace has not changed.Mankind is destined to advance in exploration and constantly innovate new ideas of permanent peace in the world.
