Studies On Appraisal Of Community Worker In Guta District,Jinzhou

In recent years,with the continuous upgrading of China's economic structure,the social structure has undergone a series of changes,community-based organization form in our economy and society is playing a more and more important proportion,but the community development is the initial stage,the community management and community management abroad compared,management system is not fully ripe also,the effectiveness is gradually emerging in the process of.Located in Jinzhou City,Liaoning Province,the city community service radius,many workers,community workers face corresponding work under great pressure,the workers of community service quality and work efficiency have higher requirements,in order to stimulate the enthusiasm of community service,improve work efficiency,the community should pay attention to community workers assessment work design,scientific evaluation system,mobilize the enthusiasm of the workers only in each community,in order to stimulate the entire city of Jinzhou Guta district community staff work efficiency,therefore,this paper specially selected Guta district is a typical Jinzhou city as the research object,carries on the system analysis of Guta District community workers,try to provide reference and reflection for a community assessment.The Guta District of Jinzhou city community workers assessment as the research object,combined with the community work practice,using literature analysis,case study method and empirical analysis method,the existing community community workers appraisal situation of Guta were summarized and analyzed,and found that Guta District community workers there existing objectives is not clear,the main assessment is not clear the assessment,assess the results of the long cycle,light content etc..Through further investigation and interviews,we find the causes of the problems,mainly including:the existing community workers in Guta district are unscientific in the assessment idea,imperfect in the assessment system and imperfect in the assessment index.In view of the problem of community worker assessment in Guta District,this paper proposes to rationally determine the assessment strategy,optimize the design evaluation index system,scientifically apply the assessment method and make rational use of the assessment results.I hope that through rational design of community workers in Guta assessment,improve the efficiency of community workers,enhance work enthusiasm,for community workers in China to provide reference value assessment.
