Under market economy system,credit is the premise that market economy runs smoothly.Under the condition of socialist market economy,enterprise credit is of great significance in maintaining the development environment of enterprises and standardizing the order of market economy.Therefore,government departments pay great attention to the supervision of enterprise credit.In recent years,with the deepening of the reform process of our country's administrative system,some domestic government departments have also changed the mode of enterprise credit supervision,and began to implement a new mode of credit supervision.However,due to the imperfect documents of laws and regulations,the absence of supervision,the insufficient information technology of supervision,the difficulty of implementing supervision and enforcement of laws and regulations,and the insufficiency of supervision power The lack of credit supervision in our country is very serious,which restricts the healthy development of enterprises and the stability of market order.This paper takes the reform of enterprise supervision in Nanchang City as a case,analyzes the current situation of enterprise credit supervision in China,and explores the development path of the reform of enterprise credit supervision in China in the future.This study conducts in-depth research on the corporate credit supervision methods of enterprises in Nanchang City.In order to further improve the scientific and effective research of this research,the system has sorted out relevant literatures at home and abroad and clarified this book.Research related concepts and corporate credit-related theories,starting from the post-event supervision status of China's current corporate credit matters,comprehensively adopting the case study method and comparative research method,and analyzing in detail the credits of enterprises in Shanghai,Guangdong,Tianjin,Fujian and other free trade zones.The development experience of post-event supervision,summarizing the similarities and differences between the post-event supervision methods of these free trade enterprises.On this basis,combined with the actual post-event supervision reform of Nanchang City,the post-event regulatory reform proposals for enterprises in Nanchang include the development of a sound corporate credit policy,the establishment of a multi-agent participation supervision system,and the implementation of big data.In order to support the strengthening of credit supervision,strengthen the post-event supervision and the establishment of post-event supervision and coordination mechanisms and other specific measures.
