| In 2014,the State Council issued the”Several Opinions on Accelerating the Development of Sports Industry to Promote Sports Consumption".This document completely activates the copyright industry of sports events.Many new media have begun to join the bidding for new media copyrights in sports events.Full marketization has brought diversified product supply and promoted the price of sports events media rights.So,the new media platform need to improve the copyright development and operation capabilities.In this context,this paper selects the new media copyright of sports events as the research object,sorts out the concept,characteristics and development context of new media copyright in China’s sports events,and uses case studies and comparative studies to summarnze the development path of new media copyrights in sports events.Seeking to establish the logical structure of sports events new media copyright development in China,and finds problems in copyright development,and proposes corresponding Suggestions accordingly.This paper divides the new media copyright of sports events development into four stage:inoculation stage(1995-2005),development phase(2006-2013),outbreak phase(2014-2016)and stationary phase(2017-present).Using ripple theory and second-level communication theory to analyze the"three-level"development path of new media copyrights in China’s sports events.In the profit model,based on the value chain theory,the paper analyzes the "five elements" of the profit model of new media copyrights in China’s sports events.On the basis of the above research,analyzing from the perspective ofproduction process and putting forward the problems in the development of new media copyrights in sports events.Then introducing the development of new media copyrights in American sports events,and improving the scientific nature of countermeasures and suggestions.At last,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are proposed. |
