Xi Jinping's Theory Of Shared Development And Its Practice Approach

Since the Fifth Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee proposed the concept of shared development,The concept of shared development has always been implemented in the governance of the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core.Under the integration of many principles and policies,shared development has already had a relatively mature ideological connotation,forming a new era Xi Jinping shared development theory.The purpose of this paper is to study Xi Jinping's theory of shared development and follow the logic of "why,what,how to do it" and explore Xi Jinping's theory of shared development.First,the first part studies the background and origins of Xi Jinping's shared development theory from the theoretical and realistic dimensions.On the basis of focusing on the international and domestic trends,drawing on a long history and culture,and inheriting the classic texts,Comrade Xi Jinping creatively proposed and formed a theory of shared development with the significance of the times.On this basis,the second part discusses the main content of Xi Jinping's theory of shared development from three aspects.First,the basic connotation of the whole people,comprehensive,co-construction and progressive sharing in Xi Jinping's theory of shared development.The second is the realization of shared development.Shared development is inevitably the value choice for pursuing fairness and justice in the Chinese context.The gradual realization of fairness and justice is the gradual advancement of shared development.The third is the theoretical essence of shared development.It adheres to the development ideology centered on the people,embodies the fundamental requirements of common prosperity,and demonstrates the value vision of the community of human destiny.The third part discusses from four angles how we can use Xi Jinping's shared development theory to guide China's shared development practice.Emphasis on promoting shared development must create the basic premise of opportunity sharing,grasp the key link of benefit sharing,consolidate the basic guarantee of service sharing,and optimize the international environment of shared development.At present,the comprehensive well-off society is just around the corner,and the second hundred-year struggle goal is on the rise.Therefore,the more in-depth,systematic and innovative research on Xi Jinping's shared development theory is in line with the choice of the new era,and it is also the requirement of social and historical development.
