Research On The Promotion Of CPC's Political Leadership

Political leadership is an important measure of the Party's leadership.The Nineteenth National Congress of the CPC clearly put forward the concept of "political leadership" and put it in an important position in the Party's construction in the new era.But what is the specific meaning of "political leadership"?What resistance does the construction of "political leadership" face?What is the way to improve "political leadership"?At present,there is a lack of qualitative and quantitative research around these problems.Therefore,it is necessary to integrate existing resources,including interdisciplinary theoretical and practical resources,in order to systematically explore political leadership.According to Weber's authoritative theory,political leadership can be divided into three types:traditional political leadership,Karisma political leadership and legal political leadership from the perspective of the source of leadership.Constructing legal political leadership is the basic follow and forward direction of our political leadership construction.The party's political leadership is the ability structure of the organic combination of the party's political decision-making power,the party's political execution power and the Party-masses relationship power.The Party's political leadership is not abstract,but embodied in the interaction between Party organizations,Party members and the masses.Judging the actual situation of the Party's political leadership should be placed in the process of its development,that is,to consider it in the practical practice of political leadership.The key lies in the people's support for the Party's views and their refusal to respond to the Party's policies.To enhance the Party's political leadership,efforts should be made in the direction,size,sustainability and role of the Party's political leadership.According to the famous transformational leadership theory in trusteeship theory,this paper analyses the realistic situation of the party's political leadership from four dimensions:idealized leadership,vision motivation,intellectual motivation and personalized care.It can be found that four prominent problems in the process of the party's political leadership hinder the formation and promotion of the party's political leadership.The first is the privatization of political leadership,which deviates the direction of the role of the party's political leadership;the second is the formalization of political leadership,which makes the party's political leadership not fully displayed;the third is the movement of political leadership,which makes the party's political leadership lack sustainability;and the fourth is the question of the alienation of political leadership.The Party's political leadership has failed to grasp the key role.After finding out the problems,we should continue to explore the causes leading to the "four modernizations" of political leadership,and find the way to improve the party's political leadership in the next step by means of the four-dimensional model of transformational leadership theory.Firstly,we should start with shaping idealized leadership,establish a scientific education mechanism of ideals and beliefs of leading cadres and a reasonable performance evaluation mechanism to ensure the effective initiation of political leadership;secondly,we should focus on the leading role of the Party's vision,ensure the maximization of the effect of macro-vision propaganda,and create a good micro-vision of the Party.Good ecology,relying on the vision to play the party's political leading role;Thirdly,we should fully mobilize the intellectual resources conducive to the promotion of the party's political leadership,strengthen the intellectual stimulation within the party,accelerate the integration of social intellectual resources,and provide inexhaustible intellectual support for the promotion of the party's political leadership;Finally,we should fully understand the individuation barrier.Huai's role in promoting political leadership,promoting social care,and strengthening intra-party care have enabled more and more people to support the party's political leadership.
