Research On Government Supervision Function Under Tourism Public Service System Of Sanya City

With the rapid development of China's economy,tourism activities are becoming more and more popular,individualized,and normalized.People's demand for tourism public services for tourism destinations continues to increase.Since the publication of the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan for China's Tourism Public Service" in China,the construction of tourism public services has become an important part of the government's promotion of tourism development.In recent years,Sanya has actively implemented the global tourism development plan,actively built a tourism public service system,and achieved positive results.However,at the same time,there are problems such as insufficient supply,unreasonable structure,imperfect service system,and imperfect security and evaluation system,which seriously restricts the development of tourism in Sanya.This paper attempts to provide more,better,more comfortable and convenient tourism public products for tourists by studying how the government can play a supervisory role in the tourism public service system and build a more comprehensive tourism public service system.Firstly,the background and significance of the research are expounded.The related literatures on tourism public service,tourism public service system and government function of tourism public service system are reviewed.The research contents and methods of this paper are also introduced.Secondly,it expounds the concept of related nouns of government tourism public service supervision function,analyzes the connotation,basis,function,content definition and characteristics of government tourism public service supervision function,and introduces the theoretical basis of this paper.This paper studies and analyzes the necessity of government supervision under the construction of tourism public service system,and analyzes the government's regulatory role,and introduces the government's responsibility as a regulator.Thirdly,after referring to the status quo and development goals of China's tourism public service system,combined with the actual situation of Sanya,the content and structure of the Sanya tourism public service system are proposed,and the status quo and deficiencies are analyzed,and then from the Sanya tourism public service system.The responsibilities of the government regulatory authorities begin with a detailed analysis of the government tourism public service supervision functions.Thirdly,using the results of the previous four chapters,we designed a questionnaire about the optimization of government supervision functions in the Sanya tourism public service system,conducted surveys on visiting tourists,and analyzed the questionnaires.Thirdly,based on the results of the empirical analysis,it proposes measures for how to better play the regulatory functions of the Sanya Municipal Government's tourism public service system.Finally,the main conclusions are drawn,pointing out the limitations of the research and the prospects for the next study.
