Research On The Realization Path Of Deliberative Democracy In Villager Autonomy

The consultation of democracy is an important form of the people's democracy in our country,and the system of democratic system of consultation and democracy at the grass-roots level is established,the scope and level of the consultation and democracy are enriched,and it is the important direction to realize the in-depth development of the democratic politics in the grass-roots level.As the consultation democracy is written into the party's document and the national policy,how to realize the consultation and democracy in the villagers' self-government has become a concern of the academic community.However,because of various reasons,it is very important that the consultation democracy play a very important role in the self-government of the villagers,but the consultation democracy is an important part of the villagers' self-government.To this end,it is very important to study the problems existing in the villagers' self-government and to solve the problem.The existing researches on grass-roots autonomy mostly focus on the rural areas or towns in the economically developed areas of the east.But the western countryside and the east have the natural environment,the settlement characteristic and so on many aspects different.Therefore,it is very important to study the practice of negotiation democracy in villagers' self-government by selecting the typical rural areas in the western region as an example.Through the case study of G Village,we hope to provide some theoretical basis for consultation democracy and villagers' autonomy,promote consultation democracy to play a real role in villagers' autonomy,and promote the process of rural villagers' self-government construction.This paper mainly includes the introduction,related concepts and theoretical basis,the investigation of the present situation of negotiation democracy in G village,the problems existing in consultation democracy in G village villagers' autonomy,the analysis of the causes of the problems,and the countermeasures to optimize the way of consultation democracy.Specifically:The first chapter summarizes the background and significance of the research,introduces the domestic and international research on consultative democracy,and summarizes the main points of view of the current academic circles on this subject;The main research methods of this paper are literature research method,questionnaire survey method and inductive analysis method.The possible innovations are in which aspects this paper is likely to innovate.At the same time,the shortcomings of this paper are pointed out.The second chapter introduces the related concepts,democratic consultation and villagers' autonomy,and introduces the theoretical basis of this paper,Marxist democratic political theory,western consultative democracy theory,and Xi Jinping's important speech on consultative democracy.It lays a theoretical foundation for analyzing the application of consultative democracy in villagers' autonomy.The third chapter introduces the natural society and humanistic situation of G village,and makes a detailed investigation on the status quo of G village villagers' autonomy and the application of G village consultation democracy in villagers' autonomy through questionnaire,and makes a data analysis on the investigation situation.Provide data support for analyzing the problems and reasons of negotiation democracy in G village.The fourth chapter and the fifth chapter analyze and summarize the problems existing in consultation democracy in G village villagers' autonomy and the reasons for the problems,including the quality of the main body of consultation,the consultation system,and the consultation methods,which are caused by the scattered distribution of villagers.Governance talent to stay insufficient,the population hollow three reasons.Through the analysis of these two chapters,full preparation has been made for solving the problem.In chapter 6,according to the actual situation of the G-village,on the basis of the full consideration of the fourth and fifth chapters,the countermeasures for optimizing the democratic way of the consultation are put forward,mainly including the improvement of the quality of the rural consultation main body,the establishment of the democratic system of the rural consultation,and the building of the rural consultation space platform.Innovating the democratic process of rural consultation.The content discussed in this chapter,including the system,the path and the method,has a certain innovation.
