Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of The Construction Of Township Service-oriented Government

The convening of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly stated that,Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,and the principal contradiction facing Chinese society has been the contradiction between the growing need of the people for a better life and the unbalanced development.As the most basic political organization in China,the township government directly contacts the vast majority of the people.In order to solve the major contradiction in Chinese society,it is of great significance to take aim at building a satisfactory Service-oriented government and promote the construction of township Service-oriented government.In terms of structural arrangement,this paper is mainly divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction,expounding the background,purpose,significance,research status at home and abroad,and main research methods of the Service-oriented government,and introducing basic concept and theoretical basis.The second part is the introduction of the status quo,analyzing the new trend of Service-oriented government construction since the 18 th National Congress and the main measures for the construction of Service-oriented township government in L County A town.The third part is stating problems and analysing reasons.It states those existing problems of Service-oriented government construction of A town L County,and analyzes them from the township work concept,township government institution setting,township government function structure center,township government's own ability,mass participation and supervision.The fourth part is the strategic analysis,combining Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and new public service theory,providing strategic advices on the construction of township Service-oriented government in the New Era from several aspects.This paper starts with current research situation and connotation of the Service-oriented government in China.Taking the actual situation of the construction of Service-oriented government in A Town L County as an example,this paper proposes some strategic suggestions for promoting the construction of township Service-oriented government with analysis and discussion of the common problems.
